At Falscara, we want you to love your lash look; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Due to the hygienic nature of beauty tools and lashes, items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused Falscara products in their original boxes and secure them in a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
